Banner Bold is Ventura High School’s literary magazine, run by students, for students. We accept school-wide submissions and annually compile them into one magazine showcasing the talents and creativity of Ventura High’s students.

What Is This Year’s Theme?

This year’s theme is “Say Your Peace”. You may interpret this theme however you like–activism, mindfulness, time travel, anything. That said, it is NOT required AT ALL to follow this theme. Participants may submit whatever they want to create.
